No returns or change-of-mind refunds

As some of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or simply deciding you no longer want the item.

Please make sure you check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at natalie@createripples.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
